For two decades, I have defined myself as a developer, designing, building, and implementing custom enterprise software for banks and financial institutions, as well as creating proprietary products and IP.
In recent years, my focus has shifted from building software to building processes, methods, and workflows that enable others to build, gradually moving further from hands-on development toward system-level thinking.
My mission is to apply this experience to bridge human and AI-driven workflows, ensuring that emerging technologies are not only powerful, but genuinely useful.

Leveraging over 15 years of experience in strategic portfolio management and business development, I specialize in recognizing, creating, and sustaining B2B partnerships with ServiceNow-originated practices and companies.
A deep understanding of ServiceNow’s ecosystem, coupled with commercial leadership in alliance development and partner networks, allows me to drive scalable growth and successful delivery across our expanding international client base. I also bring extensive knowledge of how AI workforce solutions are reshaping organizational structures and processes, helping clients capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate change with clarity.
