Sophisticated workflow to manage gate approvals

  • If a project is ready to complete a phase, workflow can trigger approvals that involve predefinied stakeholders to the project
  • Stakeholders can centrally access all the required information to analyze the project gate, making it possible to perform this as an offline activity
  • Stakeholders have the possibility to approve, comment on, or reject the project stage gate directly within the system

Prebuild templates 

  • Automatic generation of project tasks and work breakdown (WBS) structure based on the selected scenario
  • Only those ServiceNow features are shown that are needed to perform the task

 

Document Generation, Approvals, and Versioning

  • Providing a transparent input field to enter all the required information
  • Based on the input information, Offical HERMES documents can be created by Project Managers
