ServiceNow SPM Consultant (Medior to Advanced)

We're growing our SPM team at Capture EU. You'll own discrete SPM workstreams end-to-end, with a Solution Architect backing you on design decisions.

The basics: This is a full-time role based in Hungary, working in English with a remote-first setup, with occasional onsite travel to client sites in Europe.

What you'll do

• Configure and consult on ServiceNow SPM apps: Demand, Project, Strategic Portfolio, Resource Management, EAP, CWM.
• Build workflows, business rules, UI policies and scripts (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
• Own discrete workstreams with light Solution Architect oversight on design.
• Contribute to — and over time lead — requirements workshops; write functional and technical specs.
• Drive testing, UAT, defect resolution.
• Contribute to SPM-relevant integrations (Jira, SAP), data migrations, reporting (dashboards, widgets, database views).

Must-have

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience on real projects, ideally across multiple clients.
• Hands-on SPM/PPM domain experience — ideally on ServiceNow SPM, alternatively on another PPM platform such as Clarity or Planview.
• Confident JavaScript, server- and client-side (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions).
• Flow Designer: independently building flows, approvals and decision logic.
• Comfortable deciding when to stay with out-of-the-box ServiceNow and when a custom build is justified.
• Testing discipline: UAT, defects, test cases.
• Able to turn business needs into functional and technical specs, and discuss them directly with the client.
• Professional English (B2/C1+).

Strong plus

• CIS-SPM certification — high-value differentiator for us.
• Hands-on ServiceNow SPM delivery — at minimum Demand and Project Management — with at least one project you've taken from requirements to go-live.
• CSA and / or CAD certifications.
• Other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
• Building or troubleshooting integrations using REST/SOAP or IntegrationHub.
• Experience migrating data from a legacy system (e.g. Clarity, MS Project, Excel-based trackers) into ServiceNow — typically using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Building portfolio dashboards, KPIs and reports — ideally using ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
• Building standalone features as a scoped application on ServiceNow.
• Agile / SAFe delivery experience.
• German at B2+
