Test Manager (P)

Budapest / Project-based

Main Tasks: 

• Define test strategy and scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery 
• Lead and mentor the testing team  
• Assure compliance with defined quality standards and KPIs 
• Plan, deploy and manage testing efforts for any given engagement 
• Support release management activities 
• Act as a main communication point on testing related topics within and outside of the team 
• Monitor defects 

Required Skills and Key Competencies: 

• Proven experience as a test manager (at least 3 years' experience) 
• Deep understanding of test management related processes (including test strategy design, test planning and implementation, change management, release management, defect management) 
• Excellent management, coordination and communication skills 
• Ability to work in a high-paced project environment 
• Dynamic, proactive personality 
• Hungarian and English language knowledge
