About the Role:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-platform digital projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate teams, manage risks, and align timelines, budgets, and project goals across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Full end-to-end ownership of projects, from conceptualization to day-to-day development
Planning project schedules, optimizing team size, and resource allocation
Roadmapping and backlog management using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Managing client interactions, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and demos
Risk management and creating detailed mitigation plans
Ensuring quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring
Developing processes, mentoring teams, and implementing Agile best practices
Preparing comprehensive documentation: functional specs, timelines, delivery plans, dependency assessments
Reporting to CEO and representing company culture across projects
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing complex digital projects
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall project phases
Solid technical understanding, including software architecture, CI/CD, and APIs
Excellent communication skills and experience in client management and team leadership
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps OR Miro, Figma, GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace
Ability to quickly gain domain knowledge and provide expertise across diverse industries
