About the Role:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-platform digital projects from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate teams, manage risks, and align timelines, budgets, and project goals across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end ownership of projects, from conceptualization to day-to-day development

• Planning project schedules, optimizing team size, and resource allocation

• Roadmapping and backlog management using Scrum/Kanban methodologies

• Managing client interactions, conducting regular meetings, presentations, and demos

• Risk management and creating detailed mitigation plans

• Ensuring quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring

• Developing processes, mentoring teams, and implementing Agile best practices

• Preparing comprehensive documentation: functional specs, timelines, delivery plans, dependency assessments

• Reporting to CEO and representing company culture across projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex digital projects

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall project phases

• Solid technical understanding, including software architecture, CI/CD, and APIs

• Excellent communication skills and experience in client management and team leadership

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps OR Miro, Figma, GitLab, Slack, Google Workspace

• Ability to quickly gain domain knowledge and provide expertise across diverse industries
