ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Contractor | EU Remote

Capture is an international IT outsourcing and consulting company and a certified ServiceNow Premier Partner. Due to multiple ongoing and upcoming ServiceNow engagements, we are continuously expanding our ServiceNow contractor network within Europe.

• We begin with a short introductory conversation to understand your experience and preferences.
• Based on this, we connect you with relevant ServiceNow projects from our portfolio and keep you informed about suitable upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of at least one core module (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM)
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
• Configuration and customization expertise
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA required, CIS preferred)
• English working proficiency
• Strong client-facing communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI)
• Integration experience (REST / SOAP / API-based integrations)
• Additional European language skills (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
