We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to play a key role in replacing a legacy invoicing and processing platform. This position requires someone with strong technical expertise and proven product ownership skills to help define and deliver the next generation of the company’s core systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join an international Scrum team and take ownership of evolving backend systems, administrative tools, and technical platform components. The focus will be on stability, performance, and scalability. In this role, the Product Owner acts as a key link between business stakeholders and the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Lead the product backlog, define priorities, and drive the delivery of high-quality software components. Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Access Management: Lead efforts related to Central Access Management, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions
• Requirements Analysis: Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories. Ensure all stakeholder inputs are understood and accurately reflected.
• Solution Design: Work with enterprise and solution architects and development team to design scalable, reliable technical solutions aligned with product strategy.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Help define and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with the business vision and evolving priorities.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact between business units and the development team, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and collecting feedback.
• Security & Compliance: Make sure all new features and changes meet security standards and compliance requirements, with proper documentation in place.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong technical background or demonstrated technical affinity
• Experience in access management, preferably in enterprise environments
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies
• Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Basic understanding of JWT tokens and OAuth2 authorization flows
• Experience managing product backlogs and leading Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle evolving priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software or technical product management
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
