Comprehend and navigate IT project processes, ensuring seamless integration with other corporate functions such as Finance, Controlling, and Procurement
Manage IT project management, finance, controlling, stakeholder management, and reporting, including project portfolio oversight
Utilize project management and process improvement tools like ServiceNow, ITIL, Lean, and Scrum
Create high-quality PowerPoint slides to effectively communicate project updates and reports
Apply best project management practices and activities to support Project Managers in achieving project goals
Skills & Qualifications
University degree in a technical field, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Preferably certified in project management (e.g., IPMA Level C).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing IT projects, portfolios, and/or IT programs.
At least 2 years of experience in End-user Change Management & Communication (CM&C).
Strong grasp of IT organizational structures and financial management.
Proficient in IT project processes and their interdependencies with corporate functions.
Expertise in project management, finance, controlling, stakeholder management, and reporting.
Familiarity with project management and process improvement tools.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) required and Romanian language skills
