About the Role

As a Senior Test Manager, you will lead the test management stream for a large-scale migration project within the banking sector. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems in a high-stakes environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Qualifications

• Banking Industry Experience: Prior experience in banking projects, with a strong understanding of banking systems and processes.
• Migration Project Expertise: Hands-on experience in migration projects, ideally within complex, high-volume environments.
• Test Management Experience: At least 3 years in test management with proven skills in leading testing strategies, frameworks, and processes.
• Stream Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience in leading test management streams, with a strong emphasis on effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
