We are seeking a motivated and skilled mid-level PMO officer to join our Client's team, focusing on supporting the Delivery Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PMO support for the Delivery Domain.
• Monitor and manage tasks across various professional teams.
• Assist with project initiation, preparation, planning, and oversight.
• Maintain continuous communication with multiple departments and stakeholders within the bank.
• Track and report on project status, preparing regular updates for senior management.
• Facilitate quality assurance processes and escalate issues as necessary to aid decision-making.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Proven experience in project management
• Familiarity with banking sector operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence

Required Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
• Team-oriented mindset

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Extensive experience with JIRA
• Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Strong IT, administrative, and analytical skills
• PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner certification (or equivalent)
• ITIL certification is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Onsite presence required three days a week
