What you'll be doing:

• reporting to Group Finance Director
• close cooperation with accounting, sales department, internal finance process team, external partners
• presenting skills and open communication style with the group management, department heads
• ongoing development of reports in ODOO ERP system
• support on the development of internal ERP system (building reports, doing profitability and variances analysis)
• preparation of annual budgets, monthly target-actual analysis, forecasts, cost curves, projections and project controlling
• AD-HOC evaluations, deviation analysis and optimization of controlling processes and IT applications
• contact person for internal departments on controlling and financial topics
• continuous budget controlling
• support on financial and tax audits
• active participation on monthly Quality Performance Reviews
• willingness to learn and grow with the company
• support during month/ quarterly/ annual financial closings

When to join:

• Completed business studies with relevant professional experience in the finance and controlling area
• speak English and Hungarian fluently
• High degree of self-motivation and result orientation
• "I can do" approach
• Capable for working under stress situations
• High IT affinity as well as business acumen
• Advanced user of MS Excel and other MS Office application products
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and a structured way of working
• At least first experiences with analysing, interpreting P&L, BS, Cash Flow results
