Product Manager - Payment Card Solutions

We are looking for a product manager to lead the development, enhancement, and innovation of the payment card products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product vision, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Define product roadmaps and promote continuous innovation.

2. Product Development:

• Collaborate with sales, analytics, development, and operations teams.
• Prioritize features based on feedback and trends.
• Oversee design and implementation, ensuring timely and quality releases.
• Support improvements based on technological advancements.

3. Market Analysis and Business Opportunities:

• Analyze market needs for target segments.
• Research and promote new business opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and define business plans.

4. Pricing and Commercial Support:

• Propose pricing policies and support commercial offers.
• Define service contracts and manage product launches.

5. Pre-sales and Client Engagement:

• Assist in pre-sales processes and support account managers.
• Provide bid management support and create promotional materials.

6. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Define and track key performance metrics.
• Analyze product performance and propose improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech or payment processing.
• Strong understanding of payment card processing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus.
• English at least B2 (Upper Intermediate).

Contractor Position

Working period: ASAP – 31.12.2024 (possibility of extension)

Hybrid work: Primarily remote, with weekly meetings in the Bratislava office.
