Currently, I serve as the Director of Business Development for Capture Group's ServiceNow Business Unit in Switzerland. In my role, I represent the company's offerings on Strategy Portfolio Management and manage partnerships to distribute consultancy projects for our current customer base (40+) and future clients.  I also worked as a Solution Architect, Consultant, and Educator, where I gained extensive knowledge in demand management, project management, resource management, financial management, and strategic portfolio management.
