We are seeking a skilled Investment Reporting Developer.

This role involves developing and maintaining cutting-edge systems to manage portfolio data, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for multi-asset class funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain an internal portfolio data management platform using Python and MySQL.
• Implement and support financial reporting requirements and regulatory disclosure standards.
• Manage and streamline data acquisition processes for multi-asset class, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and loans.
• Develop scalable system architecture and optimize the existing code for enhanced functionality, performance, and speed.
• Build analytical tools and libraries to calculate portfolio statistics and financial risk metrics.
• Use the latest technologies offered by Amazon AWS to automate data transfer and standardization between various third-party systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong expertise in developing robust, reusable, and well-documented code in Python.
• Experience designing secure and reliable API backends.
• Proficiency with MySQL and familiarity with SQLAlchemy.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of financial instruments, asset pricing, and funds
• Experience with derivatives (e.g., options, swaps, credit derivatives, exotic options).
• Experience in quantitative development in Python and MySQL
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Jira/Git

• Must be eligible to work in the EU and a resident in Budapest, Hungary
