Budapest / Full-time

Join a dynamic innovation team focused on building a group-wide loyalty structure. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with product, IT, and development teams to drive loyalty initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Requirements & Solution Design: Gather, document, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Work with IT and product teams to implement scalable solutions that align with the organization’s technology stack.
  • System Integration & Data Flow: Oversee the integration of loyalty systems with CRM platforms and databases. Ensure seamless data flow, address security, and compliance issues.
  • Loyalty Platform Management: Manage loyalty platform upgrades, feature implementations, and vendor collaboration. Suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define testing requirements, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and work with QA teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Communicate technical updates in a clear manner for non-technical audiences.



Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in system integration, CRM, or loyalty platforms.
  • Proficiency in system analysis tools, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration, API management, and cloud-based loyalty systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and front-end development.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.

 

Language Requirement:

Hungarian native language knowledge is a must.
