Key responsibilities:

• Defining Test Strategy
• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
• Assuring that defined quality standards and KPIs are followed
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the Testing Team
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
• Supporting actively release management activities
• Being a communication point on testing related topic within and outside the team
• Defining needed tools
• Monitoring defects

Required Skills and Key Competencies

• Proven experience as a Test manager or in a similar role (at least 3 years' experience)
• Deep understanding of Test Management related processes (including test strategy design, test planning and implementation, change management, release management, defect management processes)
• Hungarian native language knowledge is a must
• Strong English skills
• Great management, coordinate and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-profile and busy project environment
• Dynamic, proactive personality
• Domain knowledge in Bank or Insurance sector is a plus
• Test Management related certification is an advantage (ISTQB)
