Join our Business Transformation team and work together with our Operations colleagues to implement systems internally, support our team with internal tools, processes and regulations, develop reports for our management.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement changes in our internal systems (CRM, ERP, HR system, ticketing system, SharePoint, internal databases and PowerBI/excel based reports)
  • Support remotely the internal team (Austria, Germany, Hungary, Switzerland) in 360 degree for all internal systems (areas: technical, usage methods, rules and regulations)
  • Document internal processes and regulations
  • Publish documents internally and regularly update the internal knowledge base
  • Develop (change on request) integrations (data flow) between systems (Rest API, file based and direct database connections)
  • Develop and change PowerBI based reports
  • Write scripts to implement functions in internal systems (CRM, ERP. HR System)
  • Present changes and plans to internal team
  • Discuss and negotiate ideas and requests with internal sponsors
  • Forward and manage support requests to external suppliers in complex cases
  • Coordinate internal projects

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Great communication skills and service orientation
  • Reliable, accurate and structured way of working
  • Practical knowledge about data integration (especially Rest API, direct database connections)
  • Very good understanding around relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Developer knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (procedures, functions, complex queries, query optimization), script languages and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Outstanding knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel)
  • Basic administration knowledge in Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365

Educational Requirements & Experience

  • BA in IT engineering or relevant field
  • SQL developer or (technical) Business Analyst +5 years experience
  • PowerBI knowledge and dataset/report development +2 years experience
  • CRP experience +2 years
  • Presentation experience
  • ERP experience is considered an advantage


  • Fluent English language skills are required (B2-Level or higher)
  • German language is considered an advantage
