Join our still small but growing Business Transformation team to be a part of our journey of building great HR in a small-medium sized IT company. Define, drive, and execute our HR strategy and operations which support Capture’s goals. In this position, you will oversee the HR function supporting our operations in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Hungary.

Main responsabilities:

  • Be an HR manager as well as a hands-on HR expert at the same time, reporting to the head of Business Transformation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (inc. the management and shareholders) and be the single point of contact in all HR related matters in a flat organization.
  • Design, consult, manage and implement a diverse range of HR projects (e.g., organisational development, recruitment, compensation, L&D, engagement initiatives, performance, rewards, recognition, employment compliance, digitalisation).
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and processes.
  • Drive and deliver business-as-usual daily HR tasks, ensure that commitments delivered in time and in quality.
  • Liaise with legal, payroll and other partners to interpret up-to-date employment rules and best practices. Work together with 3 colleagues within the Business Transformation team who provide HR assistance and administration.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to execute an open and collaborative team culture.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Previous HR generalist, business partner or SME HR manager experience, with the willingness to drive an SME’s HR.
  • Outstanding communication skills and service orientation.
  • Hands-on, result orientated attitude.
  • Responsibility and ownership of tasks and engagements.
  • Financial and Technical acumen.

Educational Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
  • 7+ years of work experience in HR with progressively higher responsibility


  • Outstanding Hungarian & English language skills are required (B2-Level or higher).
  • German language is considered an advantage.


Your place of work is our Hungarian office in H-1113 Budapest, Bocskai út 134-146. We work 1-2 days a week in the office, 3-4 days a week online from anywhere. After the pandemic, regular 1-day business trips are expected to the Vienna office, once in every 1-2 weeks.
